Physician Access Program -- $15 per month
This specific program is designed to save 20% - 45%* on provider services provided at a network of family practice and specialty providers nationwide. Ancillary facilities such as diagnostic centers and non-hospital urgent care facilities are also included as long as they are in the provider network. Members can save on everything from doctor’s visits to mammograms and lab work. Physician Access Program members saved an overall average of 40% in 2007.

Plan A -- $15 per month
The Plan A program can save you hundreds and even thousands of dollars on these services utilizing the provider networks:
Dental care Vision care Ophthalmology services Chiropractic care Hearing aids Diabetic care Alternative medicine Child and Elder care Long term care
Plan B -- $25 per month
The Plan B program broadens your medical plan and saves you additional money by combining the products outlined in Plan A with the Physician Access Program.
